1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic: 1-3 working days (varies depending on service provider)

  • International: 10-14 business days (varies by destination and customs)

3. Carriers

We use Royal Mail and their partners to deliver your order. Carrier availability may vary by location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email(if applicable). You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • Gnarly Monsters is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us at support@gnarlymonsters.com, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.
